Joined Direct Group as CEO in 2006, Previous private equity experience includes the management buyout of Direct Group from Barclays Private Equity and executive management of GAB Robins under Brea Capital,Previous experience includes Managing Director at GAB Robins and Head of Group Procurement for life, general insurance and mortgage products for Barclays. Bank alliances with Woolwich plc and Legal and General.

Joined Direct Group as Finance Director in 2002. Previous private equity experience includes the management buyout and secondary management buyout of Direct Group. Previous experience includes Audit and Corporate Finance roles at KPMG, including Financial Services.
