At Direct Group we recognise that strong scheme management is imperative. Our systems and reporting capability in tracking performance will ensure that the highest standard of management information is available to our delivery partners and insurers. We perform in depth data interrogation and data mining in our standard monthly reports and on an ad-hoc basis. This enables us to provide our delivery partners and insurers with highly detailed, bespoke scheme performance reports specific to each scheme and client requirements.

We have a dedicated in-house Business Support department, who produce detailed management information and monthly reporting as standard procedure.  We have developed our own software for reporting on a multi-product basis and on ‘real time’ information ensuring that reports are up to date and accurate. As with all our service and product management information, reporting can be quickly and easily tailored to individual delivery partners requirements.

In order to meet and exceed the expectations of today's regulatory environment we have developed our reporting around FSA requirements. We produce reports on service standards, complaints and audit results on a monthly basis to ensure we are meeting the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and to see where we can improve our processes. We also conduct monthly audits of all claims and customer service personnel as well as undergoing regular audits from all our insurer partners.
