Direct Group Hosts FSA Training Day

Direct Group recently hosted a successful FSA Training Day at the newly developed Doncaster Rovers Keepmoat Stadium.

The aim of the training session was to help firms work towards meeting the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). The day was specifically tailored to meet the requirements of Direct Group’s client base using relevant case studies.

Direct Group's account manager Robert Delaney who helped organise the event said "the aim of this event is to give our clients an opportunity to hear directly from the ‘horses mouth’ the FSA’s views on how to best to apply the principles of TCF. This day represents Direct Group's ongoing philosophy of constantly working alongside and looking to help it’s clients improve their business. We did not want to simply run an "FSA Training course" it had to be something that added value to our clients and their businesses, and the level of positive feedback evidences that we have done this."
