Through continued investment and focus on improving our process and services we have developed a high quality, efficient, technologically advanced virtual insurance service. Through which we offer our full menu of bespoke services and products covering all sectors of insurance. The only area where we are not involved is the underwriting of products which we source through our long term insurer partners; this allows us to focus on the needs of our delivery partners and customers.
That’s our vision - a superior, totally customer-focused, complete and flexible insurance provision model that’s created what we believe is the most efficient process and systems in the UK today. Through recent expansion into new markets and growth of the business as a whole we have opened our second site. With the new site focusing on our Property Services insurance sector the existing site will focus on Casualty, Life and Motor sectors.
